Aanbevolen dagdosering<\/b>: 1 tot maximaal 2 capsules, een half uur voor het slapen gaan. De aanbevolen dagdosering niet overschrijden. Niet toedienen aan kinderen tot 4 jaar. Buiten het bereik van jonge kinderen houden. Droog en bij kamertemperatuur bewaren.
